Problem

The majority of paying customers were missing from conversion reports - overlapping tracking bugs hid real revenue from the funnel.

Solution

Rebuilt GA4/GTM conversion tracking with server-side Measurement Protocol fallbacks, checkout-event deduplication, and 3DS retry-flow fixes; surfaced acceptance/rejection, PSP, and chargeback breakdowns.

Why it's built this way

Client-side GTM alone was the root cause - ad-blockers and 3DS redirects dropped events for most paying users. Adding a server-side Measurement Protocol path made conversion the source of truth instead of the browser, with dedup to stop double-counting the retries.
